So to speak, the MS Word user has gotten the user conditioned to entering the front door of a house then making a right turn to the living room for tea, while WordPerfect would (so to speak) allow you to enter the door then proceed left to the living room, and there is a place to hang you coat and hat along the way.
I also read in a few reviews that the MS users thought Corel products did not do as much as MS Word. Corel products are deeper in their applications, and they allow saving to more competitive formats.
